Pronto Beds 40-Night Comfort Guarantee Terms and Conditions

As a local family business, we want you to have the perfect night's sleep. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, we offer a Comfort Guarantee exchange under the following terms:

  1. This guarantee is for an Exchange Only. No cash refunds or store credits will be issued.

  2. Protector Requirement – To qualify, a Pronto Beds 100% waterproof and breathable protector must be purchased on the same order. This keeps the mattress in the pristine, stain-free condition required for an exchange.

  3. The mattress must be used for a minimum of 30 nights to allow the fillings to settle and your body to adjust to the new support.

  4. If you are not satisfied after 30 nights, you must notify the store to request an exchange between Night 30 and Night 40 from the date of delivery.

  5. £50 delivery and administration fee applies to all exchanges. This must be paid before the exchange takes place.

  6. Price Adjustments:
    - If the new mattress is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference.
    - If the new mattress is cheaper, no refund or credit will be given for the price difference.

  7. The mattress must be in pristine condition. We cannot exchange any mattress that is marked, stained, or soiled. Photos of the bare mattress (front, back, and sides) must be provided before the exchange is approved.

  8. The original Fire Safety Labels must remain permanently attached to the mattress. If removed, the guarantee is void.

  9. This guarantee applies to the MATTRESS ONLY. It does not apply to divan bases, bed frames, headboards, pillows, custom/special sizes, floor models, or clearance items. It is limited to one exchange per customer

  10. Once an exchange is agreed, the new mattress will be delivered and the original collected by our team.

  11. The 40-Night Comfort Guarantee is available only for in-store purchases and can not be redeemed online.

Why do we ask you to wait 30 nights?

Just like new shoes, a mattress needs a "break-in" period. Your body also has "muscle memory" from your old bed—it often takes 3-4 weeks for your posture to realign. Please stick with it; your back will thank you!
