Open coil also known as bonnell is made up of springs that are connected together by one wire which makes one continuous spring unit. This means when one spring move’s they all move so if you have two people in a bed you will feel each other move at night.

 

Pocket springs are individual springs that are sewn into individual fabric pockets this means each spring reacts independently from the rest of the springs. This provides better support across your whole body and so that you don’t feel each other move at night.

How To Look After Your Mattress: 

Here at Pronto Beds, we recommend that you turn or flip your mattress once a week for the first six months and then once a month after that the more you rotate or flip your mattress the longer it will last. Please see the image underneath.

You also have to hover the mattress once a month when you rotate or flip your mattress.

 Do not Bend your mattress

 Wash your bed sheets every 1-2 weeks

 Use a mattress protector to protect against stains and spills
