Great service in store. Give you all the help and knowledge to select the right mattress for you. Give you time to look round on your own. Free delivery locally, ring to let you know they are on the way. This is the second time I have used Pronto Beds and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Perfect service from day we went in and ordered waited 3 weeks and bed arrived the young guys where very polite they worked hard to put bed together and cleaned up after their work was done so they get five stars from us x
Brilliant service from a family run business. We ordered a king size bed with ottoman and headboard it came on the day we moved in and the guys were fantastic. They put my bed up for me and the bed is fantastic. I have never had such a comfy bed and to have the additional storage is fabulous. Debbie and Sue in the shop were so helpful and knowledgable and helped us with our bed purchase and everyone is so friendly. Would definitely 110% recommend this company for your bed purchase. I bought a double divan a few months ago .Unfortunately a problem arose with the mattress I rang Pronto beds and was told straight away not to worry we will order a new one. How is that for excellent customer service. I would recommend Pronto beds and say you cant go wrong.
