Single-Sided – Rotate Only
Rotate once a week for the first six months, then once a month thereafter. Regular rotation helps fillings settle evenly and extends the mattress lifespan.

Cleaning
Vacuum the surface with an upholstery attachment to keep it clean and fresh.

Protection
We strongly recommend using a mattress protector to guard against spills, moisture and allergens.

We offer a 14-day returns policy on unused mattresses as long as the product is unopened, unassembled and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been opened or slept on cannot be returned unless faulty. Adjustable mattresses and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days if you need assistance.
