The Derwent is a high end foam encapsulated mattress with a resilient bonce back quality for supreme comfort. This mattress has 1,000 pocket springs supported with a foam encapsulated edge giving it unrivalled edge to edge support with luxurious layers of wool, silk, cashmere and natural latex

Pocket Springs are individual springs sown into there own pocket and glued together each spring moves independently from each other and follows the contours of your body aiding to give you better support

Wool A well-loved natural filling known for its soft, resilient, and supportive characteristics. Wool excels at wicking away moisture, which helps maintain body temperature, ensuring you stay warm and dry throughout the night. Additionally, it possesses antibacterial and anti-static properties, and its natural fire-retardant qualities eliminate the need for chemical treatments.

Silk A luxury fibre that is both breathable and a natural temperature regulator, with moisture-absorbing properties making for a more comfortable night’s sleep. Silk is also the strongest of natural fibres and hypoallergenic making for a healthier sleeping surface.

Cashmere A luxurious natural material, cashmere is exceptionally soft and smooth, featuring a highly durable outer layer. The fine, soft underdown is lighter and provides better insulation than other wools. Additionally, cashmere has moisture-wicking properties, making it an excellent choice for keeping you cool and dry.

Latex A natural filling derived from the sap of rubber trees, it possesses inherent anti-allergenic, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties. This latex material is also excellent for pressure relief due to its exceptional elasticity, promoting healthy blood circulation to your muscles and enabling a rejuvenating sleep experience.

Encapsulated Edge A high-density foam border surrounds the spring system, providing support from edge to edge and eliminating the roll out of bed feeling.

Flag Stitched Handles are attached to the border to aid in rotating single-sided mattresses, as well as in flipping and rotating double-sided mattresses.

We provide delivery to the room of your choice, and if it's clear, we will assemble the divan bed for you at no extra cost and dispose of all the packaging.

If you opt for our service to remove your old bed, simply empty it and take off all bedding. We will then take away your old bed and set up your new divan bed in its place, while also clearing away any rubbish.
