• Rotate once a week for the first 6 months, then once a month thereafter.

• Regular maintenance will prolong the life of the gel foam and pocket spring unit.

Cleaning

• Use a Mattress Protector: We strongly recommend using a protector from day one to keep the cooling fabric and internal foam in top condition.

• Regularly vacuum the mattress surface and the inside of the ottoman base to prevent dust buildup.

14-day returns on unused, unopened items.
Used mattresses cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations unless faulty.
