Cleaning

• Use a Mattress Protector: We strongly recommend a protector from day one to keep the dual cooling layers clean and extend the life of the set.

• Regularly vacuum the mattress surface and the interior of the ottoman base to keep the entire set dust-free.

14-day returns on unused, unopened items.
Used mattresses cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations unless faulty.
